Bright Gymkhana batted first against Jojis Sports at the 4th Big Bash Final. Sohail Fazal and Shafaqat Ali got their team off to a decent start with knocks of 32 and 29 runs respectively. One down Asif Awan further boosted his side with a fiery 43. Not to be outdone, Syed Ali Nasim kept the momentum going with a brilliant half century knock. His 55 propelled Bright Gymkhana to post a a very competitive 198 for 5 in 20 overs. Jojis bowlers were weak against the opposition, unable to take wickets when needed. Adeel and Waqar both took 2 wickets each.
In response, Jojis Sports were decimated by Bright Gymkhana's bowler. Shoaib Ibrahim was in ruthless form, taking 4 wickets at the all important final. Zeeshan backed him up with 3 wickets as the chasing side were unable to keep their wickets intact or the runs flowing. Opener Ali Raza was the only player to fight back with an impressive 51 run contribution at the top but the rest of the side imploded. They were bowled out for 124 in 16.4 overs.
