The bowlers of Karachi Patriots continued to drive their team towards victory. Their plan was simple and it was to control the flow of runs. They not only bowled economically but continued to take wickets in regular intervals. Faisal Butt and Adeel Abbasi were the prominent wicket takers from Patriots picking up 3 and 2 wickets respectively. Super Daddy batsmen were too slow in scoring runs. Though Abid and Maqbool from their side scored 44 and 36 runs respectively, it was of no use as they did not play with the required pace. Super Daddy were limited to 149 runs in 20 overs for the loss of 7 wickets.
