Sons of Pitches batted first against Atlas Pakistan with openers Farhad and Zubair doing well right off the bat. They knocked 23 and 33 runs respectively to set a solid foundation. The team lost a few quick wickets before Irfan Ali stepped in with a fiery 57 not out to propel SOP to 175 for 7 in 20 overs. Atlas Pakistan bowlers however did well to limit the opposition with some impressive spells in their unit. Asad Ali was the stand out bowler for their side with 4 wickets while Hasnain Asad took a couple.
In response, Atlas Pakistan had a tough time with the bat. The chasing side contributed a few cameos but never stayed on the crease long enough to ever be a threat. The momentum was always in SOP's favour as their bowlers continued to pick wickets. Ahsan Khan's 3 for 20 was outstanding followed by Haseeb, Moiz and Fawad who also took 2 wickets each. Mubashir Puri was the only notable batsmen from his side with 30 runs. Atlas Pakistan were all out for 139 runs in 18.2 overs.
Sons of Pitches won by 36 runs.
