The Uni Tigers got the win against Shan XI by 23 runs at the Eidgah Ground.
The Uni Tigers were off to a solid start as Fahad Khan made 35 from 18 followed by 15 from 14 by Kamran Memon. Obaid Raza made 17 from 13 while Abdul Qadir made 27 from 28 and Danish Mir 25 from 19. They made 162 in 20 overs for the loss of nine wickets. Shafiq took three wickets, Abdul Qadir and Muhammad Shaukat took two and Shakeel and Fahad Ali took one.
Shan's opening batting order failed to deliver and their only ray of hope seemed to be the successive knocks by Abdul Qadir (38 from 41), Raheel Ahmed (30 from 31) and Muhammad Rauf (30 from 31). Ultimately, even that was not enough as they fell short by 23 runs. Danish Mir and Umair Sikandar Kapadia took three wickets each while Ahmed Yaqoob took two and Fahad Khan took one.
