However, the remaining batting lineup collapsed as the batsmen were unable to post many runs on the board and were dismissed quickly. Abbas scored 33 runs off 29 balls which offered some resistance, but the team reached a low total of 101 runs. Furqan Waris and Raheel Khalid bagged 3 wickets while Amjad Khan took 2 wickets.
Revolution Stars had a great start with the bat as their opener Raheel Khalid played an important innings of 61 runs off 34 balls including 10 boundaries while their other opener Muhammad Asif Khan swiftly scored 28 runs off 25 balls including 5 boundaries. Their efforts took the team over the line to chase the target with ease in just 11 overs and seize victory. The bowling attack was unable to defend their low total and could not pick up crucial wickets.
