Adamjee Life Insurance were off to a rocky start batting first against Midas Safety at the 31st Challengers Corporate Cup. With their top order dismissed early, Umer Noor and Abdul Mohid played a crucial role, scoring a fiery 54 and 46 respectively to help stabilize the innings. Arsalan Abdul Majeed was in fine form, picking up 4 wickets to keep the pressure on. Anas Yousuf also chipped in with a couple as Adamjee Life ended at 161 for 8 in 20 overs.
In response, Midas Safety lost opener Faizan for just 8 runs but their top order made easy work of the target. Asim Chandio starred for his side with a sensational 67 off 53 while Ahmer's 31 and Rizwan's 27 helped set up the win. There was danger in the middle with a flurry of quick wickets but Midas easily made it home in 18.2 overs.
