Brothers United Vs SHOLA
Brothers united batted first and were off to an extraordinary start when Mohsin scored 20 runs and Adnan played a marvelous innings of 94 runs just off 58 balls. Atif and Ghulam Mustafa scored 9 runs each followed by Yousuf Asif who scored 37 runs which brought their total to 213 in 20 overs. The bowling was not good from SHOLA as they conceded 36 extras and couldn’t contain the opposition from setting such a huge target.
SHOLA was also off to a poor start as they lost Tayyab for a duck. Baber Qaiser and Mansoor Aslam then tried to bring their side back in the game and they scored 35 and 27 runs respectively but could not manage to bat for long. After them the contributions came from the middle order as Omer and Sumair scored 14 and 15 runs respectively but were unable to keep their wicket intact. The innings needed someone to stay till the end, but SHOLA kept losing wickets at regular intervals. In the end, they lost all of their wickets at a total of 141 runs.
Brothers United won by 72 runs.
