Ten Pearls batted first and were off to a horrific start with both openers losing their wickets early on in the innings for just 4 runs. The team struggled with the bat with only Sheraz Khan and Faiz Ul Haq holding the fort with a partnership of 66 runs. When the duo were dismissed, the team imploded, outdone by a fantastic bowling spell by Mobeen Ahmad who picked up 3 wickets for his side. Ather Sultan and Ovais Ashraf caused further damage taking 2 wickets each. Abdullah Rahim fought back lower down the order with a quick fire 18 to boost his team's target. Ten Pearls were bowled out for 113 runs in 18.1 overs.
With a modest total to chase, Folio3 should have had it in the bag. Openers Aneeq and Ovais got their team off to a flying start in the chase scoring 30 and 29 runs respectively. Things seemed to be going well for the chasing side before the duo were dismissed the remaining batsmen were unable to take the momentum forward. Ten Pearls bowlers Abdullah Rahim and Ahmed Ullah were ruthless with the ball taking a combined 7 wickets to rip through the opposition. Folio batsmen Mobeen Ahmed tried to fight back contributing 13 runs but was alone in his feat. Folio3 were limited to 104 runs in 20 overs.
