Dhoraji Daredevils batted first and were off to a rocky start. They lost their top 4 batsmen quite early in the innings without much contribution. After the early collapse, Umair and Ahmer got together and rescued the sinking ship with some valuable knocks to keep the scoreboard ticking. Umair scored 14 off 13 balls whereas Ahmer on the other hand, was in great form and scored a quick 38 off just 14 balls. The partnership gave Dhoraji Daredevils another lifeline and it lifted their morale. In the end, Dhoraji Daredevils posted a mammoth target of 103 in their 8 overs.
In reply, Dhoraji Warriors were off to a poor start as they lost opener Mohsin for just 3 runs. After his dismissal, Zahid and Sajjad batted for a while and contributed some crucial runs. Zahid scored 15 off 12 whereas Sajjad scored 12 off 5 balls but were unable to capitalize on their good starts. Affan and Ahmed then joined each other in the middle and scored 17 and 19 respectively and faced 11 balls each but an extraordinary innings was required to chase down the target The bowlers were accurate in line and length, picking up wickets at key times and limiting the opposition. Naveed, Ahmer and Sajid picked up a wicket each. In the end, Dhoraji Warriors could only manage to score 81 in their 8 overs.
