Karachi Stallions batted first against Aimmz Trading and were all out for just 97 runs! The team were off to a disastrous start after losing their top order for single digits and their bad run seemed to continue throughout the innings. Mir Afzal Baig and Muhammad Waseem tried to help steady the innings with 23 and 18 runs respectively but were dismissed soon after. Atta Ur Rehman, Ikram Ul Haq and Abdur Rehman were the key wicket taker for their side with 2 scalps each while the rest of the bowling unit chipped in to dismiss the Stallions in 19.1 overs.
In response, Aimmz Trading were always going to have an advantage in the chase. After losing opener Muneeb Mustafa for duck, the team recovered very well with Zain Khan and Fareed Shah contributing 23 and 27 runs respectively. Stallions bowlers tried to fight back and despite picking up a few wickets, couldn't defend the super low total. Bilal Manzoor was fantastic in his spell, picking up 3 wickets but Aimmz Trading chased down the target in 13 overs.
