Azad CC batted first against P Khan with their top order falling cheaply early in the innings. Owais and Anfal tried to stabilize the innings with cameos of 23 and 21 runs respectively before Daniyal stepped in to save his side. The number 7 super star smashed a blistering 68 off 35 including 4 boundaries and 4 sixes to boost Azad CC to 164 for 6 in 20 overs. Zeeshan Gul was the key wicket taker for his side with 2 scalps while Zubair, Zain and Hammad took a wicket each.
In response, P Khan CC lost opener Ejaz for duck but seemed to recover well after that. Maroof's 44 and Zain's 32 kept the scoreboard ticking and despite wickets falling regularly, the team were always in the chase. Alishah's 26 and Bilal Aslam's 29 lower down the order helped P Khan reach the target in 19.2 overs. Rehan was outstanding in his spell, picking up 3 wickets while Rafay and Ahmed took 2 wickets each in vain.
