TNN Titans v OGS
Defending champions TNN Titans faced new entrants OGS in the tournament. Having lost their first match in the tournament, Titans were keen to make amends. They were put into bat by OGS and lost Faizan Sunny who was out without scoring. Undeterred by the early loss, Bilal Umer got 41 runs off 30 balls and Asif Nathani got 29 runs off 23 balls while Rabish Ahmed got 32 runs. Other contributors were Ali Bantva with 19 and Yasir with 13 runs and OGS bowlers gave away 28 extras as TNN Titans ended at a huge total of 195 runs for the loss of 8 wickets. For OGS, Umer Khan got 3 wickets while Adnan, Waseem, Raza and Zubair got a wicket each.
In reply, OGS started off well but Titans bowlers subdued the aggression of the batsmen and a lot of dot balls were played. Shah Qureshi got 49, Iqbal Butt got 29 and Muhammad Arshad got 24 runs as OGS ended at 144 for 6 in 20 overs. For Titans, Idrees Amin got 2 wickets while Kamran, Rabish, Danish and Khalid got a wicket each .
TNN Titans won by 51 runs.
