A sublime knock by Ahmed Hussain left Sons of Pitches bowlers running for cover as Bilal Associates batted first with their star opener taking charge. He smashed 155 off just 76 balls at a mammoth strike rate of over 200 and remained not out to carry his side to 214 for 5 in 20 overs. The rest of his partners only needed to stand and watch. Sons of Pitches bowlers simply could not break his hold with only Hamza Kiddi and Moiz Hassan able to pick up 2 wickets each.
In response, the pressure proved to be too much for the chasing side as SOP were bowled out for a low 102 in 16.5 overs. Saqib Khan and Muhammad Atif were relentless, picking up 3 wickets each and with the exception of Haseeb Gandhi's 32, none of the other batsmen showed any intent.
Bilal Associates won by a mammoth 112 runs!
