Arsal Ali was in unbelievable form knocking 124 off just 54 balls with 12 boundaries and 7 sixes to knock Gulberg's bowlers out of the park! Muhammad Yousuf Halari also kept the momentum going on his end with a handy 53 off 34 as Alpha CC ended at a mammoth 239 for 4 in 20 overs. Ahsan Zafar took 2 wickets for his side but couldn't stop the onslaught.
In response, Gulberg Gymkhana were never really in the chase, losing wickets consistently throughout their innings. Ahsan Zafar seemed to be the only player to turn up for his side, contributing 37 runs. M Zubair also chipped in with 24 but the Alpha bowlers made quick work of the chasing side. Jawad Ali and Umair Shaikh were in lethal form, picking up 4 wickets each to bowl out Gulberg Gymkhana for 141 in 19 overs.
