Umer Enterprises batted first against Gulshan Becks with opener Asif Awan leading from the front. Asif contributed a very valuable 76 at the top to get his side off to a flying start. Khawar also chipped in with 26 runs but the team continued to lose wickets throughout the innings. Becks bowlers did well to pick wickets when needed with Syed Zain Ali and Mansoor taking 3 scalps each. Hassan also picked up a couple but Umer Enterprises did well to reach 186 in 20 overs.
In response, Gulshan Becks were never really in the chase. The team lost early wickets and struggled to get going after that. Jibran Rufi's 24 and Kashif Rajput's 30 provided their side with some hope while Kamran Ahmed's 19 and Hassan's 26 were valiant efforts in vain. Umer's bowlers kept things tight, making the breakthroughs when needed. Israr Aslam and Zakir took 2 wickets each as Gulshan Becks were restricted to 147 for 8 in 20 overs.
