AMH Velocity X batted first & were off to a poor start as they lost 3 wickets inside the powerplay. Their Middle Order also collapsed as batsmen were struggling to spend a long time at the crease. Bowlers kept picking up wickets at regular wickets & AMH Velocity X were in deep trouble. Their lower order batsman Usman Ghani & Adamjee Tai got into a match saving partnership, stopping the fall of wickets. The partnership was later broken before it could get big. Adamjee Tai was dismissed after a warrior knock of 63 runs stopping the fall of wickets from one end. Usman Ghani continued his work & played a fiery innings of 51 runs off just 26 balls taking his team to a fighting total of 182 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in 20 overs. Rehan Hanif lead the bowling attack as he picked up a couple of wickets.
Homage & Terry Stars came in to chase this daunting total & were off to the worst start possible. They lost 3 wickets inside the powerplay & were looking in big trouble. Ahmed Asif provided some sort of resistance but he was running out of partners as the bowlers had complete grip over the game. Wickets kept tumbling at regular intervals. Ahmed Asif was dismissed for a fighting 35. No other batsman was able to score big & Homage & Terry Stars were bowled out for 141 runs. Hammad Sheikhani lead the bowling lineup picking up 3 wickets. He found good support from Waqar Saleem & Hunain Usman who picked up a couple of wickets each.
