Burhani Cricket Club defeated Hydery CC by an astounding seven wickets at the Al Nadil Burhani Ground this week.
Despite a slow start, Hydery looked like they were on their way to a solid total through the middle order. Unfortunately, they were restricted to 126 in 20 overs for the loss of eight wickets. Shabbir Mushtaq made 25 from 16 while Adnan Qaid Johar was stopped for 18 from 18. Ali Asghar Aun's blazing spells took three wickets while Saifuddin Ibrahim took two and Abid Ali, Ammar Muhammad and Kumail Saifuddin took one wicket each.
Burhani delivered in a massive way. 82 from 45 by Ammar Muhammad who guided the team to victory till the very end and 20 from 16 by Murtaza Ali Moiyadi was enough to give the team the win in just 15.2 overs. Tahir Talib from Hydery was able to do some damage by taking three wickets but it wasn't enough in the end.
