Alliance Sports batted first and were off to a poor start losing their openers without much on the scoreboard. After their dismissal, Faisal Ghouri and Israr ul Haq got together and scored some useful runs. They had a crucial partnership in the middle which brought Alliance Sports back in the game. Faisal Ghouri scored 34 off 35 balls whereas Israr ul Haq scored a brilliant 50 off just 30 balls with a strike rate of 166. Once they were dismissed, Alliance Sports lost control of the match only Saad Ahmed (18) scored in double figures after them but the rest of the batting line failed miserably. The bowlers bowled brilliantly Kaleem started it all and picked up 3 wickets at the top by giving away just 16 runs and then Taimoor Ali and Kashif Sajjad followed him with 3 each as well. In the end, Alliance Sports managed to score 128.
In response, Aqeel Combined made the run chase a formality. Their openers gave their side a perfect start and shut every door for Alliance Sports to comeback in the game. Taimoor Ali scored 58 off just 28 balls at a strike rate of 210, his opening partner, Burhan Mirza remained unbeaten till the end and scored 49 off 33 balls. Kashif Sajjad also added 11 off just 7 balls. It was an easy win for Aqeel Combined in the end. They completed the win only in 12.2 overs.
