BJY Sports batted first against Alpha CC in a friendly match. The batsmen of BJY Sports failed to amaze the spectators and were seemed uncompetitive in front of Alpha bowlers. Except for Faizan and Raza, whose 44 and 32 runs respectively managed to take the scoreboard to 139 runs, nobody resisted much on the crease in front of Alpha bowlers. The whole team got out in 19.4 overs. The bowlers of Alpha CC put an amazing show of their performance and badly destroyed the opposition’s batting line up. Adeel and Areeb’s performances were the most notable ones who bagged 4 and 3 wickets respectively.
Batsmen of Alpha CC continued to hammer opposition from where their batsmen had left. Syed Inam Agha opened the innings and scored 43 runs off 26 deliveries leaving no chance for the opposition. His partner Areeb Naveed played a spectacular innings of 68 runs off 55 deliveries and sealed the victory with quite ease and grace. Bowlers of BJY already having nothing much in their hands did not give a fight back. Ahsan and Wahab were the only wicket takers picking up 1 wicket each.
