Arsalan Iqbal CC absolutely dominated Zaifti CC at the CAA Ground this past Sunday.
Arsalan Iqbal batted first and made a surmountable total of 232 runs in 20 overs for the loss of five wickets. Opener Afroz Khan made a very impressive 108 from just 50 deliveries. Adnan Siddiqui made 67 from 38 deliveries. Muhammad Ajmal took three wickets while Muhammad Zulfiqar and Muhammad Muneeb Ghazanfar took one wicket each.
Zaifti were completed outmatched as Arsalan Iqbal's bowling was superb and the entire team was able to make just 99 runs in 20 overs for the loss of nine wickets. The only impressive performance came from Ammar Riaz who made 34 from 51 while remaining not out. Noman Saleem and Arsalan Iqbal took two wickets while Shoaib Abbasi, M Yaseen, Amjad Aslam and Tauqeer Khan took one wicket each.
