With an outstanding run rate of 8.6, the Arshad Associates managed to get 172 on the scoreboard in 20 overs and beat the Arham Associates by 34 runs at the Eastern Star Ground.
The Arshad Associates suffered some blows but remained in control for most of their innings as Yousuf Ismail smashed 46 from 32, Mirza Shoaib made 27 from 31 and Shahid Ali made 20 from 12. Ali Umer and M Sohail took two wickets while Nehal and Khafid Un Nabi took one.
Arham CC was unable to mount a successful chase and ran out of wickets after scoring just 138 in 19.2 overs. M Salman's 62 from 44 was not nearly enough to give Arham CC a good chance. Mirza Shoaib shining once again as he took three wickets. Nadir Shah and Sohaib Ejaz took two while Faisal Ameen and Wasim Ali alongside Yousuf Ismail took one.
