Umer Enterprises batted first against Kings XI and lost their openers Ali Raza and Faizan Tahir cheaply. Asif Awan however was unstoppable with an incredible 81 off just 40 balls to pull his side back in the game. Hasrat Ali also contributed a valuable 41 while Shariq's 24 boosted Umer Enterprises to a mammoth 201 for 6 in 20 overs. Kings XI bowlers started off well but couldn't keep the pressure on. Sajid Ali picked up 3 wickets for his side while Ejaz picked up a couple.
In response, the pressure was on for Kings XI who had a mammoth target to chase. The team contributed minor cameos but none of their batsmen were able to build their innings and an effective partnership. Umer Enterprises bowlers did well to keep the momentum on their side, picking up wickets consistently. Hunain's 28, Owais Arif's 35, Rehman's 36 and Zahid's 35 all contributed towards the total but were unable to get over the line. Kings XI eventually fell short, ending at 172 for 4 in 20 overs.
