Big Buy Market and Burj Builders & Developers went against each other on 26th August at Lawai Cricket Stadium.
Burj Builders opened the innings with Talha Ahmedani and Owais Pasta. However, both got out on fewer runs. Farhan Maxii’s innings of 48 runs was crucial in stabilizing the innings. The bowler from Big Buy displayed a good bowling performance by dismissing 7 batsmen in the first innings. Muhammad Sufiyan bagged 2 wickets. In the end, Burj Builders posted a total of 141 runs.
Big Buy started the chase on the second innings with Ahmed Asif and Fahad Nadeem. Ahmed scored 20 runs while Fahad scored 14. Adeel Savuwala was the highest scorer of the innings with 36 runs at a strike rate of 180. Though Abdul Rehman M Rafiq and Talha Wahid bagged 2 wickets each, however, their efforts were not enough to defend their total.
As a result, Big Buy chased the total and won the match in the 20th over.
