Bilal Associates beat the Kings XI by three wickets in a thrilling contest at the RLCA Gulberg.
Kings XI were off to a good start with opener Zaro Khan making 31 from 25 and Ishaq making 26 from 13. However they were let down by the rest of the upper and lower batting order who failed to score high. With 11 extra runs they made 107 in 18.5 overs before being all out. Bilalwal Malik’s aggressive bowling helped him take three wickets while Farhan Khan and Arif Yaqoob took two wickets. Saqib Khan and Shahid Mirani took one wicket each.
Bilal Associates produced some match winnings mainly from Ahmed Hussain (18 from 17), Shahid Mirani (32 from 29) and Asif Izhar (24 from 23). They chased the target with just one ball remaining in the match. Zaro Khan, Ishaq and Najeebullah took two wickets while Sarwar Khan took one.
