Bantva Lions and Kutiyana Kings went head to head at the Memon Cricket League (MCL) in a cracker of a match! Batting first, the Kings struggled with the bat, losing wickets too frequently with only Danish Aziz coming to their rescue. The star opener anchored the innings with a fighting 95 off 44 despite receiving no support on the other end. Sumail Aziz was the only batsman to contribute with a cameo of 26 runs. Bantva Lions came out strong in their bowling attack with Rabish Ahmed, Ubaid Umer and Bilal Omer picking up 2 wickets each to limit the opposition. Kutiyana Kings ended at 179 for 9 in 20 overs.
The second innings was the easiest chase we've witnessed! Fahad Jabbar and Bilal Omer kicked off the proceedings in fine fashion! With a fiery 64, Fahad lead the chase but it was Bilal who shined. His sublime knock of 102 came off just 60 balls helping Bantva Lions to an easy victory in just 17 overs. Hunain Usman was the only bowler to pick up a wicket for Kutiyana Kings.
