Trail Blazers could not match Bilal Fighters here at the Asghar Ali Shah Ground this past week.
Bilal Fighters batted first and Ali Iqbal, Fayyaz Hussain Warsi and Khurram Ali Khan all batted impressively. They made 42 from 28, 40 from 30 and 24 from 20 respectively. They made a moderate 134 in 20 overs for the loss of nine wickets. Owais Arif Sultanpur took an impressive three wickets along with Sameer Ahmedani. Shaz Shajani, Usman Yunus Ghani and Khurram Rangila took one wicket each.
The Trail Blazers could not overcome this target and were only able to make 114 in 20 overs for the loss of nine wickets. The only impressive batting came from opener Adamjee Tai who made 38 from 37, Shehzad Arain Anwar who made 24 from 18 and Shaz Shajani who made 21 from 17. Farhan Khan took an impressive three wickets while Bilawal Malik and Abdul Waseem A Karim took one. Inam Elahi Shamsi and Syed Ahmed Qureshi took two.
