Patriots lost opener Faisal Butt early but Tayyab R Balagamwala with 44 runs off 28 balls and Atif Ahmed with 41 runs off 26 balls stabilized the innings and ensured the scoreboard kept ticking. Aamir Motiwala consolidated further with 16 runs and Adnan Salim with 39 runs off 20 balls. Faraz Ahmed's late surge of 17 runs off 10 balls ensured Patriots ended at 183 for 9 in 20 overs. For American Doors, Khalid got 3 wickets while Rabish and Idrees got 2 wickets each and Obaid Ghazi and Owais Pasta got a wicket each.
In reply, Bilal Umer dominated the proceedings from the start for American Doors innings and smashed 78 runs off just 36 balls. His innings include 2 sixes and twelve fours and he batted at a strike rate of 217%. Even though Patriots bowler Rizwan Merchant fought back with 4 quick wickets, American Doors captain Owais Pasta with 39 runs off 32 balls and Idrees Amin with 36 runs off 30 balls ensured that American Doors won the match with 3 balls to spare.
