In what was a nail-biting finish to a very exciting match, Bouchia CC defeated Shah Associates by two wickets at the Eidgah Ground this past week.
Shah Associates amassed a total of 162 runs in 20 overs for the loss of ten wickets. Tajamul made 25 from 17, Abdullah made 21 from 15, Bilal made 31 from 32. Faiz Shahid made a last minute 28 from 19. Bilal Raza bowled destructively and took four wickets while Hasnain Bouchia took two and Abdul Rehman, Ajmal Siddiq and Murtaza took one.
Bouchia chased the target with just one ball remaining, making 165 in 19.5 overs for the loss of eight wickets. Ajmal Siddiq made 38 from 33, Hasnain Bouchia made 28 from 30 and Abdul Ahad and Talha Sultani both made 26 runs from 17 and 11 balls respectively. Ahmed took three wickets while Ubair took two and Tauqeer took one.
