Super Star CC v Warriors CC
Super Star CC batted first losing opener Farhad for duck! The team struggled with the bat with each player contributing cameos but unable to capitalize on some decent starts. Mansoor, Shahzad, Faisal and Ansar all knocked innings in their twenties but Warriors CC bowlers did well to keep striking at key times. Zain Altaf lead the attack picking up 3 wickets while Shahzaib and Hamad took 2 wickets each. Super Star CC ended at 171 for 9 in 2 overs.
Warriors CC openers Adeel Majid and Adamjee Tai got their team off to a flyer with impressive knocks of 31 and 30 but things seem to take a turn for the worse after that. None of the other batsmen were able to score runs effectively, throwing away their wickets. Farhan Niaz was the key culprit behind this collapse with 4 wickets with Mansoor Ali Khan and Faisal Shah following suit with 2 wickets each. Warriors CC were bowled out for 131 in 20 overs.
Super Star CC won by 40 runs.
