Butt Brothers beat Alpha CC by two wickets here at the Eastern Star Ground this past Sunday. Alpha CC batted first and were able to score 128 runs in 19.5 overs for the loss of 10 wickets with Muhammad Yousuf Halari making 47 from 39. Khalid Khursheed Kaka took an impressive four wickets while Fazeel took two and the rest of the bowling attack took one.
Butt Brothers made 132 runs in 19.3 overs for the loss of eight wickets. Kamran Butt made 41 from 26 and the rest of the team kept the scoreboard ticking to push Butt Brothers to a close victory. Muhammad Umair Shaikh took three wickets, Fayyaz Hussain Warsi took two while Areeb Naveed and Adeel Shamsi took one.
