DSA CC batted first against Bilal Associates with Ameer Raza Khan being dismissed for duck. Anas Ahmed and Mudassir Gilani contributed 27 and 17 runs respectively before Shiraz Iqbal took over. Shiraz's sublime 62 changed the game for his side with Mirza Shoaib's 38 helping DSA CC reach 174 for 7 in 20 overs. Bilal's bowlers did well to contain the opposition, picking wickets early on and keeping the pressure on. Saqib Khan and Arif Yaqoob were the key wicket takers for their side with 2 scalps each.
In response, Bilal Associates had a disastrous day in the chase. The team continued to lose wickets, outdone by a fantastic display of bowling by the DSA CC line up. Faraz Khan was simply unplayable in his spell, picking up 5 wickets for just 16 runs while Siddiq Kakar took 3 wickets and Toheed Khan picked up a couple. Bilal Associate were ripped apart and bowled out for just 143 runs in 18.2 overs. None of their batsmen were able to keep their wickets intact or build a significant partnership.
