Cocoon Home batted first and were off to a poor start losing the openers without much contribution from them. Then came their most reliable batsman Fahad Jabbar who once again showcased his class and proved why he is one of the most dangerous batsman around. He took his side out of a hole and put them in a much better position with his fine knock. He scored 56 off just 41 balls with 8 boundaries, he was supported by Irfan Khan who scored 19 off 17. Once they were sent back, the lower order joined the party and scored some useful runs down the order. Maaz and Anas together put on a good show and scored 23 and 27 respectively. In the end, Cocoon finished with 151 in their 20 overs.

Perceptions were after a reasonable score and to get a firm grip on the match they needed to begin well. Ali Maher and Rabish were looking good at top of the order and they played some delightful shots during their stay. Ali scored 23 off 26 whereas Rabish scored 18 off 14. As soon as they were dismissed, Cocoon came back roaring in the game and demolished the middle order of Perceptions. The chief destroyer was Yasir Manzoor, who was extra-ordinary with the ball and he picked up 3 for just 17 runs in his 4 over spell. He was supported by Hammad Khan who wrapped the lower order with his fine piece of bowling as he picked up 4 wickets. On the other hand, from the batsmen only resistant came from Ali Jasim who smashed 34 off 18 but that was not enough as Perceptions fell short by 24 runs.
