The Royal Stars, chasing 136 runs, took off in a blistering manner, with both openers striking the ball sweetly and giving their team a dream start. Waleed Arshad scored a confident 42 runs, in 47 balls, with 4 fours. However, it was Khizar Alam who led the charge with a 40 ball half century, which included 4 fours and 2 huge sixes. Junaid was the pick of the bowlers for Wahid XI, taking 3 wickets for 29 runs in his 4 overs. The Stars' reached their target for the loss of 4 wickets with 4 balls remaining.
