Cric Wolves won by just 1 run against the Karachi Stallions in what was a hotly contested match at the Asifabad Ground this week.
The Cric Wolves scorecard was dominated by Anas Ahmed (25 from 17), Fahad Jabbar (73 from 50, not out) and Zeeshan Mujahid (35 from 21, not out). They made 161 in 20 overs for the loss of four wickets. Rehan Tanoli, Ejaz Khan, Ali Naqi and Kashif Sajjad took one wicket each.
The Karachi Stallions put up a monumental effort and came within inches of victory but fell short. Ali Shah made 48 from 43, Kashif Sajjad made 22 from 10 and Fahim Shekhani made 19 from 9. Fazal Ur Rehman played a major role in the Cric Wolves victory by taking five big wickets. Uzair Akber and Mirza Shoaib took one wicket each.
