Aga Khan Gymkhana batted first against Dubai Hawks and were bamboozled by a formidable display of bowling. Hawks bowlers were in form and on fire with Khalid Khursheed and Daniyal Liaquat picking up 3 wickets each for their side. Aga Khan's batting line up continued to falter, throwing away their wickets regularly, unable to get going at any stage. Mohammad Kamran was the lone figher for his side with a valiant 41 runs. Aga Khan Gymkhana were dismissed for 150 runs in 19 overs.
In response, Dubai Hawks stumbled in the chase, losing their openers cheaply. Zeeshan Bangash and Adeel Khan then took over with knocks of 47 and 24 respectively. Gymkhana bowlers couldn't pick wickets fast enough and with cameos of 23 by Sabah Siddiqui and an explosive 23 off just 6 balls by Ibaad Khan, Dubai Hawks were comfortably home in 15.1 overs. Ahsan Ullah picked up 2 wickets for his side.
