EFU General crushed Century Insurance in their match last week at the TMC Ground, beating them by seven wickets.
Century Insurance struggled to get runs on the scoreboard and were only able to make 59 runs in 14.4 overs before being all out. Rameez Mehboob made 18 from 18 and Aamir Abbas made 11 from 29. Tariq Mehmood took a devastating three wickets while Zunair Mehmood and Nadeem Baig took two each and Hussain Mustafa and Muhammad Ahmed Kanani took one each.
EFU made quick work of the target by chasing it in 7.1 overs thanks to 19 from 13 by Ahmed Nawaz and 30 from 18 by Arsalan Ashraf. Ammar Anwar took two wickets while Aamir Abbas took one.
