Orange Falcons batted first against White Eagles with opener Idrees and one down Adnan being dismissed early on. Ammar Muhammad however stepped up with a very impressive 77 runs to keep his team's chances alive. Mustansir Saifuddin and Hussain provided further support with knocks of 39 and 28 runs respectively as Orange Falcons ended at a mammoth target of 197 for 8 in 20 overs. Salman, Tahir and Hussain Badruddin took 2 wickets each for Eagles.
In response, White Eagles had their work cut out for them despite openers Hussain & Mansoor setting up a decent start scoring 25 & 87 runs respectively for their side. After the pair were out however, the team collapsed against the top performing Falcons bowlers with not even a single batsmen managing to score in double digits including 2 golden ducks. Falcons were outstanding as Burhanuddin, Abbas & Aamir took 2 wickets each to restrict Eagles to 146 runs in 20 overs.
Orange Falcons won by 51 runs.
