Frontier Gymkhana beat Dawson Stars by 91 runs here at the Naya Nazimabad Ground this past week.
Frontier Gymkhana batted first and amassed an enormous total of 187 runs in 20 overs for the loss of nine wickets. Hussain Gulli made 41 from 27 and Gul Hassan made 51 from 36. They were also awarded 33 extra runs thanks to some poor bowling from the Dawson Stars. Masoom Ali and Rabish Ahmed took two wickets while Kamran Butt and Osama Ayub took one.
The Dawson Stars were not able to deliver on their batting or bowling and were only able to make 96 runs in their innings. They batted for 17.3 overs before being all out. Bilal Khan, Muhammad Hammad, Saeed Hassan and Abbas Khan took two wickets each while Gul Hassan took one.
