Hill Park CC won by a close margin of one wicket against Alpha CC at the Hill Park Ground this week.
Alpha CC looked like they were well on their way to a solid total but fell short and were only able to make 101 runs. Muhammad Yousuf Halari made 17 from 12 as the highest scorer of the innings as the rest of the batting order fell remarkably short. Abdullah Anwar took four wickets while Asif Feroze and Yasir Manzoor took two. Abdul Wali and Waqas Manzoor took one wicket each.
Hill Park were off to a slow start but came back in spectacular fashion with Abdul Wali making 35 from 23 and Hikmatullah Khan making 26 from 23 to give their team the win in 14.4 overs. Jawad Ali took four wickets while Fayyaz Hussain Warsi took two and Muhammad Umair Shaikh took one.
