Unfit Legends v Karachi Club
Unfit Legends and Karachi Club played at Moin Khan Cricket Stadium as part of the 2nd ACM Gold t20 Night League. Unfit batted first and Jamil Akber with 36 runs off 19 balls and Faisal Waqar with 20 runs off 23 balls provided a good start for their team. Hasan Naqvi followed it up with 39 runs. Sameer Ahmedani then put the brakes on the scoring rate as he took 3 quick wickets for just 25 runs. Khawaja Obaid the captain with 24 runs and Danish Sumair with 19 runs ensured that Unfit Legends ended at 155 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in 20 overs. For Karachi Club, other than Sameer, Adeel and Zain took 2 wickets each and Umair picked up a wicket
In reply, captain Umair Idrees got his team off to a blistering start with 26 quick runs off just 15 balls which included 2 sixes and 3 boundaries while fellow opener, Haris Altaf scored 28 runs off just 16 balls. While A Wahab Agar contributed a cameo of 20 runs. Eventually it was Adeel Sabuwala and Adeel Abbasi who scored 36 not out and 19 not out respectively to get their team home in the 19th over for the loss of just 4 wickets. For Unfit Legends, Raza Zaidi took 2 wickets and Shamoun picked up a wicket while there was one run out.
Karachi Club won by 6 wickets.
