Karachi Stallions Secure A Dominant Win

The Karachi Stallions made their mark against Al Samad Automobiles, this past Tuesday at the TMC Ground.

The Stallions were off to a moderate start but they really picked up the pace when Hamza Qadir and Mohib Ahsan came to bat; they scored an astounding 48 from just 29 and 43 from 33 not out, respectively. The subsequent batting order, however, fell short of producing such knocks and with an added 20 extra runs, the team was pushed to 165 in 20 overs for the loss of eight wickets. Abdullah Nawab took an impressive four wickets and Sami Arshad took two.

In the second innings, Al Samad Automobiles were off to a better start than their opponents, however they flamed out even quicker and after the third batsmen, failed to deliver a match winning knock. Ultimately, they were stopped at 117 runs in 16.3 overs as the entire team was eliminated. Daniyal Iqbal Gigi from the Karachi Stallions took an impressive four wickets, Umer Khan took three, Muhammad Waseem took two and Mohib Ahsan took one.
