Pak Lion Kings Vs Pasban C.C
Pak Lion Kings batted first against the Pasban C.C in the first innings of the match. Tauqeer Ahmed Khan led his team from the front and scored 25 runs before losing his wicket to the dangerous bowler, Tanveer who became the highest wicket taker for his team with 3 wickets to his name. Shani D wasn’t able to score much and went down after scoring 5 runs. Majid B added a few runs to the scoreboard by scoring 10 runs. Firoz was the real king from his team to score 57 runs off 35 balls. With his magnificent knock, the team regained strength and were rejoiced by the way things turned in their favor. Amin supported this run and scored 21 runs for his team. Tanveer and Raees were the last men standing at the end of the innings and they scored 23 runs that brought their side’s total to 155 runs at the end of 20 overs.
The Kings had set a huge target for the Pasban team to chase in the second innings. They were off to a decent start when Junaid scored 34 runs off 23 balls and remained not out till the innings ended. But his efforts went in vain. Salman Junior scored 27 runs followed by Asad who scored 11 runs. Rest of the team failed miserably on getting their hands on big runs. Every effort was the brutally neglected by the lethal bowlers of the Pak Lion Kings, who denied every attempt of the batsmen and contained them from scoring anything at all. Zeeshan and Tanveer were the last two batsmen to score a 23 runs partnership. At the end of 20 overs, Pasban C.C had scored 130 runs at the loss of 7 wickets.
