Deugro and Mandviwalla Group went head to head in one of the best run chases KheloKricket has witnessed to date! Batting first, Deugro were a mess, losing wickets constantly with the exception of Atif Ahmed who singlehandedly carried his side. The veteran centurion smashed 151 off just 68 balls including 20 boundaries and 6 sixes and remained not out throughout the innings. He received little to no support on the other end but Zulqarnain's 14 and Amir's 23 took Deugro to what we thought was an unattainable 221 for 7 in 20 overs. Mandviwalla bowlers let plenty get away but Abdul Rehman took 4 wickets in his spell.
In response, Mandviwalla came out guns blazing. Openers Anas Raza and Abdul Razak were truly sensational in the chase. Anas contributed 94 off just 38 balls at an insane strike rate of 247 including 13 boundaries and 5 sixes. Abdul Razak kept the momentum going with 83 off 35 with the pair virtually sealing the victory for their side. Shamim Ahmed also chipped in with 26 runs as Mandviwalla chased down the target in 17.4 overs. Tahir Aman picked up 2 wickets for his side but the bowlers went for plenty.
Mandviwalla Group won by 7 wickets.
