Falaknaz Hawks batted first & got off to a flying start as both their openers Idrees Amin & Salman Sanghani scored 38 runs respectively. Once the openers were dismissed rest of the batsmen failed to capitalize on the start that was provided to them. Batsmen came in & got their starts but were unable to play a big innings as the bowlers kept on picking up wickets time to time. Falaknaz Hawks managed to score 145 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in their 20 overs. Sajid Lakhani & Imran Idrees both picked up a couple of wickets not letting the batsmen run away with the game.
MF Roomi Strikers came in to chase the target & got off to a shaky start as they lost an early wicket but they scored big in the powerplay. The bowlers struggled to contain the runs & to pickup wickets. The batsmen played comfortably & MF Roomi Strikers chased the target with ease courtesy a sublime innings by Umair Ahmed who scored 47 runs. He found good support in Ibrahim Sardar Dosani who scored 39 runs. Safwan Ashraf picked up 3 wickets but it was too little too late as MF Roomi Strikers chased down the target in 18.5 overs.
