Okhai Friends beat the Saeed Akhtar Cricket Club by 20 runs at the Eidgah Ground this week.
Ahmed Sharjeel opened with 32 from 22. Asim Imam made 26 from 21, Rauf Barai 23 from 20 and Umer Rao 44 from 28. They made 172 in 20 overs for the loss of eight wickets. Shafiq took three wickets while Asim, Amir and Kashif took one each.
Saeed Akhtar started off really strong with opener Shahzaib Dyer making 61 from 45 and Mir Fahad making 22 from 8. Sammad made 29 from 23 and after that the wickets fell quickly. They were only able to make 152 runs. Ahmed Sharjeel took three wickets while Faizan Malik took two. Imran Muhammadi, Abdur Rehman and Mohsin Haneef took one wicket each.
