Royal CC and PSO went against each other on 14th August at Eastern Star Ground.
Muhammad Asif started the innings with a massive score of 121 runs. Dawood Abdullah the non-striking opener supported the innings by scoring 40 runs off just 23 balls. Waqas Afzal was also stunning with his efforts, smashing 42 off 21. Zain Raza bagged 2 wickets. As a result, PSO posted a total of 215 runs.
The second innings were opened by Malik Kakar Ali and Abdul Wahid. Kakar smashed 50 off 26 balls. His efforts were supported by the one-down batsman, Afnan Karim, who scored 44 runs. However, Mir Azam and Muhammad Kamran Khan were stunning with the bowling efforts, bagging 2 wickets each.
As a result, the high scoring match came to an end. PSO was able to defend the score, as the opponents fell short off 24 runs only.
