QP Star beat the DigiTonics Lab by a staggering 54 runs at the Eastern Star Ground last week.
QP Star managed to get 159 on the scoreboard thanks to 32 from 34 by Arsalan Ali Khan and a lower order smash by Hassan Ahmed who made 35 from 12. They akso took advantage of 23 extra runs. Tauqeer, Omer Saleem and Burhan Mirza took two wickets each while Naveed, Sajjad Rehman and Aqib Aman took one each.
DigiTonics were doing well until Omer Saleem was finally caught and bowled after making 40 from 33. They were able to make only 105 in 19.2 overs for the loss of 10 wickets. Hassan Ahmed took three wickets while Jaseem, Afzal and Muhammad Shamshad took two and Rehmat Ali took one.
