Super Daddy CC batted first with opener Rehan Shaikh leading from the front. Smashing an impressive 53 runs at a strike rate of 147, he was later joined by Naeem Siddique who kept the momentum going. After losing 2 quick wickets of Shahzad and Yasir, Naeem stepped up with a fiery 59 which included 4 maximums. Titans bowlers picked up wickets in regular intervals but minor cameos by the Daddy's batting line up kept the scoreboard ticking. Ali Mufti's 26 runs propelled his team to set a target of 182 runs in 22 overs. Titans bowler Abbas was the leading wicket taker for his side with 3 scalps while Farhan picked up 2 wickets.
Karachi Titans were off to a roaring start in their chase with both openers contributing valuable knocks. Ali Zubair and Iftikhar Ahmed put on 75 runs before the Daddy's bowlers struck. Things seem to take a turn for the worse after that with wickets falling regularly. Saad Ahmed was the key bowler for his side with 3 wickets with all rounder Rehan Shaikh also picking up 2 wickets. Titans batsmen were unable to keep their wickets intact but Ibrahim, Affan and Naimat fought back with cameos of 22, 14 and 23 runs respectively. They eventually fell short and were limited to 168 for 7 in 22 overs.
