Classic Barbarians and Suleman Textile Stallions faced each other at TMC Ground as part of the Memon Super League match. Batting first, Suleman Textile Stallions lost Nauman Ampara and Fahad Jabbar early but Rehan Tanoli with 58 runs, Mirza Shoaib with 44 runs, Shahzad Suleman with 15 and Amir Majeed with 13 got Suleman to a competitive 167 for the loss of 6 wickets in 20 overs. For Barbarians, Mukarram Waheed was the pick of the bowlers with 3 wickets for just 18 runs while Salman Dossani got a wicket and there were 2 run outs in the innings.
In reply, Rehan Tanoli took 3 important wickets especially of dangerous Talha Ahmedani and Rabish ahmed and after that Ali Iqbal tried to bring some semblance of stability with 23 runs but wickets kept tumbling at the other end as Hamza, Saad and Mukarram all fell in quick succession. Ali Bantwa got 25 and Umair Usman 26 runs but their efforts were in vain as Classic Barbarians ended at 150 for 9 in 20 overs. For Stallions, Rehan Tanoli was the pick of the bowlers with 3 wickets for just 14 runs while Waseem, M Ali, Waqar, Shahzad and Ahmed got a wicket each.
