Camran CC batted first & were off to a decent start. Their openers gave them a decent start but the bowlers fought back with 2 wickets in quick succession. The Middle order Batsmen came in & played second fiddle to Muhammad Afzal who played a master blaster of an innings, scoring 75 runs off just 38 deliveries. The middle order batsmen got their starts but were unable to play a big innings. The bowlers dominated the second half of the innings as the lower order completely collapsed. Zohaib Ali Khan picked up 3 wickets & found good support in Ali Nawaz Shaikh who picked up a couple of wickets. Camran CC scored a mammoth total of 192 runs for the fall of 7 wickets.
NN Strikers were off to a shaky start as they lost 3 wickets in the powerplay but the scoring rate was also up to the mark. Rizwan Mehmood came in & took the bowlers to the absolute cleaners. There was complete carnage in the middle as he was hitting the ball cleanly. He was unable to find support from the other end as wickets kept on tumbling from the other end but he was the one man army taking his team to victory single handedly. He got unlucky as he was dismissed for 96 runs missing a well deserved century. He was unable to finish the match for his team but took his team to the brink of victory. The lower order batsmen came in & completed the chase. Ahsan Aslam picked up 3 wickets but it was not enough to get his team over the line as NN Strikers chased down the target on the last ball of the match.
